Blackberries in Sydney

On Friday before the ferry parade I followed the spectacular North shore coastline to Bradley's Head, a fantastic walk. On this tiny beach tucked away in Mosman at the foot of Taronga Zoo I found some blackberries! I had no idea they grew in the wild here. They bring back such strong memories of my childhood summers in Brittany... Anyway there you are, just when I thought I knew a few things about Sydney, I realise I know nothing...

Vendredi avant la parade des ferries, j'ai suivi le sentier côtier de la rive nord jusqu'à Bradley's Head, une ballade magnifique. Au bord de cette minuscule plage nichée au pied de Taronga Zoo à Mosman, j'ai trouvé des mûres. Je n'avais aucune idée que ça poussait ici ! Ca m'a tellement rappelé mes étés d'enfance en Bretagne ! En tout cas voilà : moi qui croyais commencer à bien connaître Sydney, je réalise que je ne sais rien...
