How do you like your duck?

Yesterday the crowds were on the Sydney Harbour Bridge, taking a once-in-a-lifetime walk to celebrate its 75th. See Paul's pictures to get an idea. I didn't go, held up at home by my youngest daughter's 14th birthday: 14 girls at home for a sleepover, camping in the garden under driving rain. Quite an experience. Took a quiet bike ride in the afternoon to recover, found this duck perched in a tree. How do you like your duck? Wild, lacquered, or in the form of 'confit' or 'foie gras' as they do in the SW of France ?
