/ And as a bonus photo, red is this free spirit escaping from its cage...

For a moment I thought my dates were off! It's a bright lead-in!
I just clicked over from your "free Tibet" comment and I get free spirit--it is wonderful I must say!
Bonjour! First time commenting on your blog. BTW yours is an amazing and fun-filled site. This free spirit seems to be escaping from a net (the fencing) and the bird looks mighty determined. :-) As a segway, I guess it does echo the Dalai Lama's message. I've enjoyed your previous photos too and am amazed at the amount of flooding around the globe. We in the States...Texas and the midwestern states...have really gotten hit badly this year by precipitation. Cheers to you down under and hope you stay dry!
Thanks for the heads up on the theme day's theme - I hope i will get around to it or even remember but if I don't get to post one, i will be sure to come by to enjoy yours - I am sure it will be another fabulous posting =)
Nice shot. I like the graphic.
I hope you have a nice weekend.

Oui !
Beautiful! where did you find the information on the other participating links on the forum? I always get lost. I was in this morning looking away and could not find it. May I add, those birds are wonderful. what kind?
Opps, I went back and found it...the link to the bird. Very nice.
Mille mercis!
A simply wonderful melange of photographs that really shows the red of Sydney. Love the Rosella and the red boat - and th eleaves - and and and....
Very creative! The bird and the leaves are great. Cheers from Stockholm.
hello!!! :)
love the collage and I especially love the free spirit.
Fly Birdy, FLY!
Nice collage, Nathalie.
great collection of reds.
I'm back again; you threw me a bit by rearranging the site from yesterday. The collage, needless to say, is quite bright and colourful. I also like your avatar which fits into the theme quite beautifully!!
brilliant collage
Hi Nathalie,
Yours is the first from Australia that has been up so far (usually you all post way before me). I had to laugh when your page came up. Great minds apparently think alike, and I did the same thing you did. Just too many to chose from (I had 45 contenders and narrowed it down to 13). I love your composition and each image is wonderful in and of itself, giving a big red flavor of Sydney. Really nice "bonus" shot, too! Kudos!

I love Streets!
By the way, in Asia, we call it Walls, but with the same heart logo :-)
Happy Theme Day Natalie!
I'm quite distraught, Nathalie, to find in your link that the mountain lory/crimson BREASTED rosella of my youth is now simply a crimson rosella. Worse still, those other two species have (in the eyes of the majority at least) become mere sub-species. Clearly old age hasn't himproved my grasp of birds as much as I'd have wished.
Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful Nathalie!
Your post is like a warm summer breeze!
Oh beautiful red Nathalie, red is full of confidence too.
Nice shots, Nathalie! Red red red everywhere! :)
Have a nice weekend! =))
Lovely red mosaic ... and escaping bird !!!
Nathalie all this painting red cost you rather expensive
love the bonus photo! it's great! :)
Nice collage at the top too...how did u manage to find so many?:)
A very beautiful assembly for the topic of the day… cheer
oh wow, thats like painting the town red :)
I see lots of red, lots of nice ideas.
Super collage! There is such definition to each photo...simply striking!
Another nice collage. 10/10.
hello love! i have yet to spot the red and blue rozellas here. i get plenty of the cacophanous green ones outside my bedroom window every morning!! hope you're ok?
Oh, you really spoil us with those beautiful red photos.
Happy theme day!
Joli patchwork !
I love the collage!! It's awesome!! Glad to see a new post on Sydney DP.
Parfait! And you saved the best for (almost) last: the leaves.
