Sunday morning is the day surfboats go out on training. Four girls in a boat row out into the surf, turn around a buoy and come back as fast as they can, surfing on the waves. As soon as they hit the sand, they push the boat out to sea again and have another round. How's that for fitness! Sometimes they also row way out at sea. Today the boat was nowhere in sight; all that was left on the beach was the tractor, trailer and a few spare oars...Le dimanche matin, c'est le jour d'entraînement des canots de sauvetage en mer. Quatre filles et un barreur lancent leur embarcation vers la mer, vont tourner autour d'une bouée et reviennent à fond en surfant sur les vagues. Aussitôt qu'elles atteignent le sable, elles font demi-tour et repartent à l'assaut. La forme, les filles ! Par mer calme elles font aussi de grandes distances au large. Ce matin elles avaient dû partir loin, le bateau n'était nulle part en vue. Ne restaient sur la plage que le tracteur, sa remorque et quelques avirons de rechange...
