Today I met a fine young man

Today I met a fine young man. I was seeing him for the first time. He invited me to a coffee and we talked about many things : weddings and wedding planning, creativity, photography, theatre, aging women, career paths and life choices, beliefs, multiculturalism, Sydney, Asia, Europe and the future of this world... just the kind of conversation I like. Then he left. At the moment he must be on a plane, flying home. Why am I telling you this? Because many of you know him, or have heard of him: he's Edwin, author of Kuala Lumpur Daily Photo and also talented actor, writer, director, photographer and producer. Thanks Edwin for this lovely moment. Have a safe flight home.

Nice to hear about you meeting Edwin -- any you've met Sally -- that's at least two more DP bloggers than me -- but we meet evryone online which is the next best thing.

Just wonderful to hear that, and Edwin will say same words about you,
I think :)

Edwin's a very interesting man indeed. Met him in Singapore when he came to visit the Singapore DPs. :-)

Nathalie, I can't think of anyone who wouldn't want to hear such nice things about themselves....what wonderful observations!
Those clouds in your photo almost appear to have wings of their own.

I love the shot. I love it thinking that when you published it you had in mind someone who was flying... Really delicate.
