Know your signs

I grew up in France with one simple 'No Parking' sign but when I arrived here I discovered that Australia has three:
NO STOPPING: Don't even think of applying the brakes, you're not stopping here.
NO STANDING: You can’t stop here except to load or unload passengers and the driver must remain in the car at all times.
NO PARKING: You can load and unload passengers but you can't stay here more than 2 minutes and the driver can't move more than 2 metres away from the car.
Pheew, how tricky! But aren't those flowers gorgeous? They're commonly called bottlebrush because that's exactly what they look like. I love them and so do native birds.

You coordinated the colours of the flowers and the signs. The flowers do indeed look like bottle brushes, but they are so much more attractive than the brushes themselves. Vivid colours--nice!!

The reason there are not as many signs in France because it is an exercise in futility!
French ignore all of them;-))))
Lovely, exotic flowers (at least to me).

Nice color theme! I used to love these bottle brush flowers when I lived in CA, where my babies were born. I had to laugh, because I had a bottle brush at home that looked just like them. :)

Nice composition of flowers and signs. We have a lot of bottlebrush here in California. The hummungbirds love them.

I miss the total parking anarchy that used to be Parisian streets, these days even they tend to obey the signs. When I first travelled to Paris there was a definite gallic flair to the principles used in following signed orders.

Superbe montage!

Gorgeous bottle brush flower.
Your correction of sign is very good and funny. Can I sitting from of "No standing sign" and laughing our loud?

Isabella you really made me laugh!

Alice, it's Olivier who taught me how to patch these four photos together, it's great fun, I'll write to you to explain how to do it.

Now I'm off to visit Madrid DP!

Salut!
